These informations are about your VM configurations. So you need to select your VM --> Go to Edit Setting. And then, select your SCSI controller and check if virtual or physical mode is selected.

. For RDM, simply select a hard drive and check if you have a LUN instead of a vmdk. But if it is a vmdk you will not see physical or virtual mode option.
